Can A Video Game Do Wonder On People?

Video games – is an electronic game that involves human interaction with user interface to generate visual feedback on a video device according to Wikepedia.com. To simply put it, video game is something we can work on during we have time to play that we don’t need to physically hyperactive rather mentally. Nowadays, there are a lot of games that has been produced due to popularity demand. It is so unlike before that the games are all in black and white like snake (not on 2D or 3D but something relation with dots). Well anyway well go where this games start.

History:

The early games are like doing something physical something that make our body moves. For me, that time is the best days that happen during my childhood days. You wouldn’t go obese with the games that were invented earlier because you will sweat a lot and could make your metabolism go faster and you interact with other children.

Then a new form of games that was invented which called Cathode ray tube Amusement Device. This was developed during 1940’s, same with tic tack toe, tennis in two and etc.

Then continue to develop on console to 2D then to 3D. It’s been on their platform that the games should collaborate with electronics components such as PC in order for it to run and have fun with the graphics effects it brings.

Education:

I always thought what kind of people makes games. Are they professional? Did they go to school in order to attain that kind of talent? Or it just a natural thing for the person who love games and have the brain to create one? Well according to this site. What kind of education required to be a game tester which is very interesting topic about how can we become a game tester rather a games maker. Well logically for me, I couldn’t create games but I had tried to test a game when a friend of mine made one. It was just like testing a newly designed websites into different kinds of web browser if the design or anything that will work correctly on a certain browser.

Well there are a lot of schools offer this kind of services but there were no really a certain major subject like game prepotency or something like this that focus only on making games. In my place the so called game programmer were the one who are studying arts and design. They are rather good in that field since being a programmer of a game – you need to have a good character on it to attract gamers.

The Process on Making a Video Game

• Creating a story board
• The making of effects and character according to the story board presented
• Recording sounds and dialogue that is needed
• Program coding
• Game Testing (This is where game testers will come in)
• Burning it onto the disk and putting it on package

Effects:

The certain effects of this video games are something is not good, especially if they are making some sort of violent game like GTA (which I had watched my 10 year old cousin who was absorbed on playing this game with so much violent. I rather not say it but with this kind of game, you could do a lot and the specialty is killing people). When I saw that one I said to my aunt that she should not let a kid play that one which has too much things that they can do and that could affect their brains into something violent. Children’s are the future but what if a child will be influenced with so much violent on the games they are into and turn into something they should not be? Well, I guess this is one of the things that the video games are not good for the society especially with children but I didn’t say that all games are not good for children. There are many that a child could play safety. Well for a parent like me, we usually want our children to have a innocent thing on them while they are a child and for them to grow old to not retort to violence when there are troubles.
